Not only do I have HRM academic background, but also my working experience in the UK made me maturer and more independent. When I worked as a manager assistant in an import company in the UK last summer, I was always considered as a quick learner, who is conscientious, patient, efficient and organized. As your job description, this is kind of hard working job without high salary. As for me, it is a good beginning of my career path if I can get such a good chance to take this position, which will provide me the opportunity to handle different kinds of tasks and to learn what I cannot learn from the university.
